Neighborhood Entrance
New Entrance update 3/5/2011 - The new entrance is almost completed! Our contractor still needs to install the sprinkler system and lighting as well as a few other miscellaneous items. Below is a link to the design plan for the entrance. As voted on by the neighborhood last year, the sign will be in a 'V' shape to enhance the visibility from the road. We are very excited to see this project come to completion, and our neighborhood once again have a beautiful entrance!

Neighborhood Sign Update - March 17, 2010
We have received the money from the county for our previous sign/entrance. The money has been deposited into our reserve account and will be used to construct our new entrance sign. The next step in the process is to bid on the vacant lot where we will build our entrance.
Neighborhood sign consent -(July 28, 2009) By now you should have recieved a letter requesting your consent for a property transaction for our neighborhood sign. Please return this signed letter (mail or fax) by Monday, August 3rd. If you have any questions contact ACS or the Kirkstone HOA.
